How to get back to Seegson Synthetics.

Maybe I'm a brainlet as usual, but I am unable for the life of me to find a way to get back to Seegson Synthetics at Mission 16 for the Nostromo Log there; the only apparent way is a single elevator - which just happens to be powered down. And no, there don't seem to be any sort of terminals to help you restore power. Considering how utterly useless all the other "guides" are for this game, I was wondering if anyone could be thorough enough to explain just what exactly you are supposed to do at this point, or if you're not supposed to access Seegson Synthetics at all until much latter.

if you use your motion detector, you will see the sign on the edges where you should be going next. follow that little white bar

I actually figured it out. It's just a matter of heading back to the transit area of the medical facility.

The best time to backtrack is in M15, right after you get the access tuner upgrade and before you board the ambulance shuttle. From here, you can backtrack to the start area of the mission (near where you arrived on the tram). The entrance to Seegson Synthetics is there (the same elevator you used at the start of M12 to get there).

If you're already in M16, just turn right after unlocking the first two doors and take the big elevator to the Systech Lobby. Go through there to find the transit station where you can go to the SciMed tower.
