Hi, PRAETORIAN,
I'm using the original HattiWatti-Tool but after the Alien Isolation update free cam only can be used while game is freezed. I can't make the mod integrated tool run for some reason but i assume that it has the same limitation. Is that right ?
when you load alias isolation, You will need to launch the GUI rather than the commandline version.
Once you've done the initial setup ( making sure Alias isolation knows where your AI.exe is located ) by hitting browse, You will havea GUI where you'll see a checkbox to load Hatti's cinematic tools.
Once you've filled that checkbox, CT will load with alias isolation.
You won't see the GUI for the cinematic tools until a level has loaded
The launcher does complain about some XINPUT1_4.dll file missing when ticking the cinematic tools box in the exe. I googled this and it's something to do with Xbox controllers? Confusing to say the least. I just want to have a free float camera so I can take some screenshots.
I've heard that it should work with Windows 8 or 10, i couldn't made it work with my Win 7 even after messing around with this file until rage quit.
Shame. I find both of those operating systems absolute trash, so there won't be any reinstalls any time soon.
100% agreed but times are changing and rarely it's getting substantially better anywhere. I wish i could adapt like others so quickly ;)
This still does not work for me. All settings done beforehand, used only the GUI application to launch both it, then "launch A.I." and just before clicking it, I launch it both with and without checking the box for the tools and nothing new changed/happened. I do not understand what to do next or what I either doing wrong or missing. Is there a button/command (F1 for example) I am supposed to hit to bring up these tools or is it a new option that appears in the menu etc? I've no idea and I would love to use free cam roaming for some Wall paper engine ideas, for amazing angles I can't get on "foot".. I already have the HUB info removed so the videos will be cleaner. Just need those better angle using free cam lol
