Where do I find the ion torch?

I am on my first playthrough, almost through mission six and have not yet found any of the cutting torch items, where are they?

you will fined them just playing the game ,cant miss them it is all in main quest ,torch comes mutch later in the game. just play

You won't miss is as you will need it to progress at a certain point.
