The season pass will get you the full set of survival maps, with the two most distinct challenges among these being Lost Contact and Safe Haven, which are a set of ten continuous missions done against a two-hour time limit with varying configurations of enemies in each mission. The rest of the survival mode consists of shorter individual missions with timed optional objectives.
The action is more tightly focused in all of the DLC compared to the main campaign, so is well worth it for those who want a more intense experience.
