This game is very very well optimized, I dont have anything to compare it to, but I hope it works out for you.

I was able to run it on an old laptop with a 2nd gen i7, a 1gb radeon 6750m, and 4gb of ram at low-medium settings and it was very playable
You wanna put the resolution down a good bit, like at 720p, and keep your shadow resolution at low
Don't turn on HDAO
That having been said, I think the 820m is a slightly weaker card than I had so your results may vary
I won't lie to you about your chances, but you have my sympathies.

I tried and it even runned on an Intel Core i3 - 4500 (1.7GHz) with 4GB of RAM and Intel Integrated Graphics machine (it's a laptop). I am sure it will run with no problems on your machine...

You should be able to run this game on ultra settings. I tried it on ultra settings on a laptop a bit lower than yours (same graphics card) and it ran smoothly.
