Sheoldred, The Apocalypse is ruining Alchemy.

(Wilds of Eldraine Block) Imagine creating a mono black 4 drop, whos a 4/5 with the most busted effect for the block. "Everytime you draw a card, gain 2 life. When the opponent draws a card, they lose 2 life." WOTC can get f*****. Mono Black is the only valid deck in Alchemy format right now and its straight busted. Sheoldred should cost 6 mana easily or cop a ban. This is ridiculous. I'll play Hearthstone until she gets fixed.

This is my issue with the card, within a turn of the card coming down on the board the winner is decided. Either you have an answer for it or you don't. If you do, then your opponent is rumbled. If you don't then its game over.

Not fun. I want to play Magic, not the concede button race game.

Sheoldred is an annoying card that makes you sigh when you see it at best. If youre also playing anything with black, boom you got plenty of exile and removal. Hell just play a black white deck now you got removal and exile for days that makes sheoldred players concede. Or play golgari or mono green. you can just play cratures with death touch and have spells that make your death touch creatures ping and kill sheoldred. Blue has plenty of counter spells that poop on sheoldred. Even red has cards that can deal with sheoldred though red has to do more work than literally every other color.

Sheoldred really doesnt need a ban. shes exile and removal fodder. I play sheoldred in my decks. Not even as a win con. do you know how often shes actually usefull as a card in the current meta? not very, its literally there just to be annoying and force players to waste their removal or exile on. Im lucky if my opponent lets her sit on the board for more than two turns.

Its annoying for my mono -red, and my blue/white soldiers, and my white green enchantment deck. I dont like to run a ton of removal, I tthink its cheap and boring, so Im often screwed since I dont always have removal in hand and everything I play is Cut Down before I can stabilize, and the whole time Im drawing and losing life while my opponent is healing.

But this is why so many people run black. To deal with black. I just played 5 games and 4 were black running Sheoldred. Fun.

sheoldred is a really toxic card. 4x sheoldred with a lot of removals and way to put it back in your hand from the graveyard, made 2 games like that when it came out and decided to stop playing alchemy for good.

No, what's ruiining this game is the win 10 games, and the fact games are lasting more than 30 minutes each best of 1 and up to 1 hour each best of 3. I'm not a math professor, but with a 70% win rate, I can assure you that even if you won every game you played you'd still be sitting here for about 5 hours a day just to get your daily 10 wins..

No, the problem isn't sitting there waiting 5 minutes for your opponent to decide to go first. No the problem isn't having your opponent purposefully use up the 2 minutes to sideboard.No the issue isn't at all on turn 1 your opponent plays a land after using 2 time outs.

No, quite clearly the only thing destroying this game is Sheoldred, and not the 25 minutes it takes for your opponent to decide to resolve casting her.

Yes, sheoldred is the problem. If you want fast games don't play best of 3. I swear that I never had a single problem with slow opponents since I stopped playing alchemy and start playing only brawl. If you play a meta deck, you deserve to be roped every time. Meta decks just kill the creativity and the fun of the game.

i used to play rakdos deck with sheoldred but after they nerfed bowmasters to the level of useless crucias and ring i dont see point to play this deck anymore, but is super annoying when im matched with someone who is using sheoldred when i play green devotion, since the kiora draws cards and i basically insta lose, so perhaps is time for this broken card to get hit as well? dont mind if they ban it in alchemy and i get 4 wild cards refund.

I can't say I like the new alchemy cause I haven't pleyed it yet cause I've only been playing a few months and really miss werewolf and vampires so I spend my bread only on the old alchemy packs. After seeing what they did with lor I'm gonna stick to the basics for deck expansion
