Outfit Slots???

Why is no one asking why is there a belt etc... slot but in the game you cant wear anything? Is this in the next update? or is there a secret Easter egg in here for armor? If so that would be nice; I am tired of being attacked/one-shotted and waiting for friends to revive or finish the levels....
