how do i get the part 2 beta???

Click properties
Go to the betas tab
Click the drop down and select "beta - Beta Builds for Testing"

I have already done this, how can I play the next level? Do I need to open a new saving file and start again? or I just use my old ones? But it just repeats the run level...

If you have old savefile you can use it. It will start with run level - you need to complete this level again, and after that you will get to new level - fun.
After fun level ends, you will get to Hub level - kinda one of new level, but its just level where you can go to one of previous levels, but, if you check one of the last door - you can get to level 3 - 3rd new level.
