Level fun critiques

The level is visually stunning and engaging and I also do like the way the entity is handled. However, I do have some issues and concerns with the level that make it considerably less balanced than the previous levels. Before I get to that I do want to preface that me and my friend experienced no audio input for adaptive voice chat on both this new level and the one right before this in the hospital. Now for balance issues, we did notice that the periodically generated items loaded a plentiful amount on some attempts, while on others loaded almost no items to use. The entity was well balanced accept for the fact that unlike the others makes less distinctive footstep sounds and is dynamically not loud enough to detect when trying to escape. We also noticed that after some attempts the sign would tell us we got 75 tickets while at other times would say we got a little over 500 (neither of which were 600 as stated on the portal). I don't know if this was intentional and is timed without stating it, but unless you know beforehand it wouldn't make any sense.
I write this as feedback to further improve the game and I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining or being harsh. I would think others left similar reviews in the past to improve the other levels.

Hello! The amount of tickets you get are based off the red light and green light system. If you don’t move on the red light you get more tickets! That’s why it varies from time to time.

As for the rest of your complaints I completely agree, especially the item balance. We got really close at one point but the next noclip would load us into a sparse hallway. :T

it is a trash level, most of your time is spent in visually boring mini games where you cannot die, that you have to grind over and over, and then 10% of your time is spent in the actual level with the monster
