Level 4 broken?

We got all the colored monitors with the numbers on them, we typed them in what I assume was the correct order (left to right). Nothing happened. We could not get the door to open. I wanted to know if we did something wrong or if there is something wrong with the game.

I am running into the same issue. we found all monitors (red, yellow, orange, blue) and got the numbers off each one. We found the door and it wanted the combination with blue, red, yellow, orange. we put the combo in and it says its wrong. I even went back and found all the monitors again to verify. I think there's maybe a bug?
