Report a translation problem
It's a good idea, but it seems that with the FPS capped at 60, or even 58, there is still the same long delay when holding down either mouse button.

I've actually been doing both of those combined, already, since using the hardware renderer with dgVoodoo causes mild text discoloration in dialogue boxes. However even with both of those, that input delay is still there.
A question though: Have you played the game recently? If so, when you hold down your mouse button to move the character continuously, does the movement start immediately or is there a delay?
I have to say I have the gog version and I used the steps in the guide I made.
I do notice the input lag/delay too when holding the mouse button as you describe so I guess that is just an issue the game has.
I never noticed it that much as I just frantically clicked my way through the game, I never used mouse button hold.
