Which farm plots are Flatland?
Which farms are flatland? Has anyone found a guide that tells you which farm grows what type? Towns, near towns, volcano and desert are obvious, but the rest, not so much.

hard to say, i think most places are tied to a season, a type of geography, or both. if yeh read 'flatlands fertilizer' errata, its independent of aspects like season or location, so my guess is harvest goddess spot, or around providence.

Apparently, any of the farms around providence, including breezy plains, Southern Cliff, River of blessings, twin ponds, and the harvest goddess farms are flatland farms, but growing crops on any of them will rely on what current season it is, which begs me to ask why there is Flatland fertiliser? Unless it means using that fertiliser on lets say, the winter area, only means it is reliant on what current season it is?

Yea, that way you can make the Flatland Icon plants with the specific fertilizers help regardless of location.

Can someone explain which seeds will grow in all seasons?

The flat lands? Breezy Plains being an example. As opposed to a highland farm which you need to climb hills to get to (and is noticeable because there's a wind effect in the area).

It sets the flag for that particular condition. It's obviously most useful when you want to grow a particular mutation on a farm that doesn't meet the conditions for it. I believe using the fertiliser boosts the chance of a mutation (assuming of course the condition being applied by the fertiliser is one used by a mutation) so it can still be useful to use flatland fertiliser even on a flatland farm if you're trying to get a specific mutation that requires flatland soil.

They all will. Growing a seed in season will usually result in better quality crops (though the character's skill in that particular crop plays a part too, so it's not really noticeable until you rank up in a crop). Growing out of season gives a penalty on quality and health - sometimes you'll need to fertilise at least once to have the crop survive long enough to harvest.
