Absolutely not. Can you imagine if the only responses you can give is a pre-selected one from a list? The game would die faster than a suicidal Prosecutor.
Voice chat maybe, but I highly doubt it. I don't want voice chat in my game thanks. They can keep it for console players only i guess, but I doubt there would be voice chat anyway, it would be too difficult to moderate.
