game being stuck in name selection after lobby start

what is up with the game being stuck in the name selection screen after lobby start (probably already "broken" at that point because i can't see people chatting or taking names at that point (nor take one myself)...this leads to boatloads of timeouts for me because only like 1 of 4 games works -.-

If this happens to you try to grab your player logs. Make sure they are enabled in your settings, and then if it happens again try to grab them and send them to use at [e-mail]. Be sure to not relaunch the game before grabbing the logs as that will reset the logs.

A direct way to access your player logs is to open up the below folders in your explorer.

Windows:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\BlankMediaGames\Town of Salem 2

Mac:
users/USERNAME/Library/Logs/BlankMediaGames/Town\ of\ Salem\ 2

thanks for the quick reply. so at the point the lobby is "stuck" i copy the log, right?
or can i go ESC > back to main menu...just asking because i don't know at which points the game updates the log

also just a small hint for other users so that they can directly copy the folder link for windows

if you add % to the username it directly switches into the folder if you copy the whole line, so you don't have to manually replace it with the username
