Not localized yet?

Is it not English or Western Localized yet? only start menu and a few here and there is in English? Or can someone explain how to change it to english?

Dragon Ladon needs adjustment

I know you are supposed to break his big attack. That doesn't matter when Paralyze skips you from attack timer 2 directly to you're dead. I probably just got unlucky but I had to fight Dragon Ladon at least 10 times before I was allowed to break his one hit kill attack the 4 times needed to finish the fight. If there is some way of playing around the paralyze then it needs to be emphasized in the starting tutorial because I missed it. I guess on the plus side, I did end up leaving the cave with 61 recover...
