You should probably rephrase.
It currently says "Downloading, Installing, OR attempting to use"
So simply having it on your computer, is automatically grounds for a ban. You also shouldn't admit that your software scans our computers. It should say "AND" not "OR". OR implies we get banned just for having a program, AND implies we have to actually use it on your game.
