Yeah, it appears they removed it on Apr 10 patch when they added a new drink for status DMG to further bolster Burn and Frost builds. If they didn't add canned steak as a standalone recipe out in the wild, RIP shrapnel.

Check traders in settlements, one of them should sell recipes, look for "Canned Meat Recipe".
You need "Old Currency" to buy those.
For Way of Winter scenario visit Silla in Camp Igloo for recipes.
Don't know for Manibus, maybe Deadsville...

My problem with this update is, I now have to use a rare drop called old currency to purchase recipes I have had and been using for the past 2 years. It makes absolutely no sense at all with them having done that. They should have sent us Old Currency as compensation for us vets to regain what was taken away.

Recipes were not the only thing they took. I had several buildable assets in my territory that I earned during previous events. Which are now locked and have to hope I get them again in the new BP loot crates.

If these types of things continue to happen with out appropriate compensation. 20k Starchrom, mitsuko marks, colorful badges, etc are not suitable compensation for what they took.

Might have to think about walking away from Netease and OH, the same way I walked away from Blizzard and D4.
