Impossible Solo LEA labs.

Why did they buff solo LEA labs last patch? It was already hard enough. Maybe stop making impossible things into season goals.

Much as I love soloing myself, LEA is basically a Raid equivalent from other MMO type games. Maybe just...iuno, join a group and get it over with, and then go back to soloing, like I and many others do. Tons of people announce in world chat for LEA, click one, press Y when prompted, clear it, and move on.

Prime wars are also in season goals, and you can't really solo those either. You're always going to get other players coming in to join the fight.

Also they didn't buff it, They made a mistake that lowered the HP of certain bosses in LEA, and corrected that mistake.

This game is basically mandatory to play with others despite it never being encouraged or impossible to play with ur irl friends until all your phases are on 6

The issue is there's videos on youtube of people soloing lea labs without taking hardly any damage. On hard and pro bosses this is often the case. The problem is, these videos represent about 0.05% of the playerbase. So you test it with a maxed out weapon, maxed out armour, all the best foods and buffs.. and you set it to that skill level. Now suddenly noone else can even come close even in a team of 4.

It's like the 3 knockout rule for shadowhound and upwards in solo.. shadowhound for some with cal 10 weapons and armour is fairly easy.. but noone considers that most players don't go about cal 4.. many on cal 2 or 3.

The devs are reacting to videos like everyone is doing it. Most of the people who say they're soloing a given boss are doing it with very specific gear or they're just lying.

It's fine that LEA Labs isn't soloable, what bothers me is that they made it a season goal. It is such a small fraction of the player base that can even do it. I have A LOT if time in this game, I've done everything you can do and enjoy it and know how to play. I can't even solo the second part of Labs let alone that last fight with mother. It is nucking futs!

You don't need calib 10 for Shadowhound normal, in fact most people face him with tier IV gears which max at calib 7. You don't even need high calib, it's very easy to do with no calib at all. Boss fight is a bit more mechanic than braindead shooting at slow moving zombies.

Keep distance from him and 99% of his attack can't hit you. There are also 2 dimesional door to make quick escape. Jump over his laser, Spring Boost or Double Jump help, Leapfrog is accessible since Phase 1 no reason you can't have it. When the red orb appear shoots it and the mobs spawn. When he jump up into a ball midair shoot him down. How hard is that? There's also free 1 Life resurrection with the Harveseed deviation, you should already have it consider it's before Shadowhound.

The game mechanic is already too easy as is, LEA and Forsaken Giant are somewhat average compared to other MMO and no way near the Raid level in other MMO, where if anyone in 8+ players group/alliance mess up you wipe. There's also no dps check like other MMO where if you don't do enough dps in a short timeframe, you wipe.

They didn't buff it it was broken. It had 10x hp LESS then normal it was easier then the novice servers and they changed it back to normal lol.......

Buddy you have reading comprehension problems. There is a seasonal goal for solo'ing LEA.....

The thing is they didn't buff LEA boss. They fixed the hp bug, LEA bosses were way too weak compared to previous novice season and that's wrong.

People are still soloing LEA. It's not impossible, it's not different from previous season at all.

The standard to solo any content in this game is very low. Just understand how your build works and understand how to maximize the damage. It is not hard.

if you can't do lea easily with 4 thats on you man seriously.'

it's not difficult to get +6 armours and +10 weapon, you don't need fancy mods, 2 of us carried another 2 who were doing sub 1.5m damage in an entire long lea run (that's bad) and even with a horrible build (bingo wildfire) for solo'ing lea you can still do it. soloing lea FAST, yes you need specific build ie op corrosion, outer surge, pre-patch doombringer but just soloing it in like 20-30mins? any build will work

lea and forsaken giant, even though they're crap for actually farming anything (who thought it'd be a good idea to have the drop pool be completely random out of EVERY option?) are actually fun to run over and over because of how they play out

pro tip if you're doing anything and struggling bring improved portable turrets. makes things a cakewalk

As I said specific gear or just liars.

I said Cal 2-4.. not Cal 7 which gives rank 1 Crit or Damage buff as well.
Seems to be alot of people making videos showing how easy it is at lv 50 with max gear, foods, buffs and winning, I wonder how many attempts they do before finally cutting the video edit.

I'm not a noob player, I don't like quitting games because they are stupidly difficult. But my hive did have 8 members. 7 have quit for exactly the same reason. I joined another hive, most of those quit a week later. For exactly the same reason or because of the Void/Regen mobs. There's now 4 of us still playing out of 16. I doubt this is any different across all servers.

Your advice whilst sage, is also not taking server/game lag into account. Netcode lag esp between players. You can think you're jumping for the doors when suddenly you're flat on the ground under the hound getting pummelled.. it also requires using specific weapons which some of us don't like to do, min/max is boring. I don't want a shrapnel build because it's too op.
