Weapon/Armor Mod Parts

I haven't seen much topic on this. It says on the official list; weapon/armor mods and accessories but what about weapon/armor mod parts (the one you use to upgrade weapon/armor mods)

So question for those who are doing their 2nd scenario, do these carry over after the wipe or do I have to withdraw them from the spacetime backpack (if so how much each)
Because if it is the latter, I'd rather spend them now than later.
