Structure build limit and memetic frags

So, i recently made a trade to get the Reinforced Structures memetic frag

I used to have the Stone Structures one, which heals stone structures after combat and also increases build limit by 100, however i gave it away

Now im looking for that extra 100 build limit bonus, and so i got the Reinforced Structure frag, assimung itd also increase build limit. I mean, why wouldnt it, its the better structure version

But both the Reinforced Structure and Wooden Structure memetic frags say nothing about increasing build limit, only the Stone Structure one does

So my question is, will using this memetic frag increase my build limit from 700 to 800? Or does only the Stone one do that. I only have one replacement available and no rerolls, so i need to make the right choice

no and it's useless by itself a reinforcement to the structures and an 80% healing but it's bugged because if you destroy some things the bricks return to normal losing the effect.
