I can 100% assure you this build was nerfed at the beginning of the 4th phase, like just a few days ago. I'm getting so sick and tired of them doing this in the middle of seasons. This is the second time they've done this and it's uncalled for. I don't mind nerfs whatsoever, just wait until the end of the season, make an announcement explaining it and make the necessary changes at that point. But to stealth-nerf it in the middle of the season when people have been literally running silo after silo, boss after boss to get the mods they need and spending starchrom to purchase the items they need for the rest of the season is just simply ludicrous and an outrage for me. They're about to start losing players by the handfuls if they don't stop this mess.
They did the exact same thing last season to shrapnel and didn't even say anything about it until the following patch (as though it was just implemented weeks later) but we already knew because we were running it daily and had countless hours on it. Luckily for me, I already had a full bullseye build and switched back over to that. Sorry you wasted your time on this, brother. Hopefully they will stop this in the future.

How's unstable more brainless and pile of S-Tier crap than Bullseye, when I literally do MORE damage with my Bullseye build? I just enjoyed playing it more is all. I'd just gotten my build where I wanted it and spent countless hours and over 100 controllers running pro mode dungeons to get my mods. Again, not opposed to nerfs, just for the life of me, can't understand why they do it in the middle of a season, when the seasons are so short to begin with. We literally have less than 2 weeks left on this season.
So there's 3 builds that literally do 70k + DPS with no buffs. Now we can move on to the burn build, where my buddy can walk into a room with the fire dino and clear it in seconds without taking any damage. Then there's the self-healing frost build, where you can't die. Any of these builds brainless?
It's because of PVP. They should treat PVE and PVP separately or have completely different gear. If something is OP in PVE who cares? It's fun, it helps to clear bosses quicker in co-op etc. PVP on the other hand and you get Timmy's crying to the developers to nerf them. Idiotic to try and balance PVP with PVE. Yet game developers fall into the same trap over and over again.
Good point. It always feels personal and hits harder when it happens right after you have put the build together though. Especially when you never got to experience any gameplay with it. It's just a massive slap in the face considering how much effort goes in to farming mods/recalibrations/starchrom/upgrading BPs.
