Shiny Gel Farming since buffed drop rates...

Wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has farmed the ravenous hunter for the shiny festering gel since the drops rates where buffed late last week.

The patch specifically says that the drop rates where increased for monolith bosses but after 100 runs on normal, 40 runs on hard and 40 runs on pro I've had just 1 pink gel drop...

Has anyone else farmed it since the buffed drop rates?

I stopped counting after 450+ runs on Normal before the patch, and didn't got any Shiny Festering Gel.
After the patch, i did 80+ runs on Pro Only and got a Pink Gel.

I got a friend who did 150 runs on Normal after the Patch and he get 3 Blues ones.

Approximately 300 runs before patch and 0 shinys. After the patch got a pink and a blue one within 20 runs and almost every to every other run a yellow one. All on normal mode.

I did around 40 Pro after patch and blue gel drop... for my friend and other team member. All I got is some level 5 normal gel.

Seems to be a wide range of results, some lucky and some not so lucky. Going to give it a grind tonight.

24 runs on normal; 6 yellow gels, 1 pink gel, 0 blue gels.

i stopped counting my kills but i did at least 400 runs and i got 6 shinys at all.
4 pink and 2 blue.

i just want a good blue one but the drop chance sucks.. i mean the original drops rare but a shiny version.. meh...

I got a blue gel on my first run of normal. I haven't got a pink yet though.

You are missing something very important here.

This game has a hidden drop-rate such as mentioned in other posts about deviation farming in general.

The gist of it that you have a high chance to get a deviant until you get 1 or 2 then you have a very very very small chance (next to none) to obtain another one for 24 hours.
It's not like their unfamiliar with timegates. (weekly unlock story - controllers - starchrom

Try your method again with bigger time intervals and not obtaining deviants in other ways.

stopped farming after 150+ runs without any shiny gel, but hey i have a 5/5 normal with a golden perk
