House Blueprints and transferring

So, I just started a few days ago and I'm kind of confused. I built myself a nice house and slowly working on levelling and doing some story stuff. I get that house blueprints transfer but:

What about things in the blueprint that requires memetics to be unlocked? Will I still be able to use the blueprint?

It says that if advanced materials are not available, it will use basic materials. How costly is it generally.

Am I better off saving individual housing modules as blueprints instead of my entire house?

It's up to you if you want it right away he uses basic wood or similar things I recommend you design two houses, one for beginners and one for the end of the game so you can rebuild the house and only transfer the furniture

Does basic wood include things like curved wood walls and roofs?
