I don't understand the Seasons

I logged in today thinking, based on the video I watched, that it would ask me to sign up for the next season or go to Eternaland. I don't see any new scenario available except Manibus (normal) and (hard) and the PVP option. That's the previous scenario, right?

I tried selecting one of the hard ones because I was on easy before, and it told me I couldn't log in and to use the SDK to log in.
I finally go into a server but it's exactly the same as the last time and it made me make a new character.
I don't have any of my old blueprints or the stuff they said carried over.

I didn't complete the entire story on my last guy, is that why?

I also got back into my original character at level 39, but it's just the same and nothing asks me to advance to the next scenario.

If I can't understand how to get into playing, how the hell can I play this?
Anyone sort this out for me?

1. The new PVE scenario "Way of Winter" will only come out in October 2024. So, no new map or missions until then.

2. Since you signed up already, check when your new server opens. This is accessed via the same menu where the Season Goals and stuff are. So, make sure to login to the same server that your level 39 is in then check.

3. Once the new server opens, it will allow you to transfer. There will be a button shown. Once you have transferred, you will be level 1 again. So, your level 39 definitely did not transfer yet.

4 . Your story progress won't affect anything. You will still get to keep it but in the Hard Server, make sure to choose the "SImplified" quest settings once you land. Otherwise, you will need to do all part of the quests again.

Choosing "Simplified" quest setting will make it that any quests you have completed in the first run, will become just a simple "run to point A and press a button" to get all the rewards, while any quests you have not done will still function as normal.

5. Before you transfer, make sure you do everything you want to do. This means get all the Starchrom you can get (eg. buy the 8 crates from Season Goals shop, claim all the Season Goals rewards, buy the 8 crates from Severin shop, claim all you can from Phase 6 banner, do your last weekly purification, clear all Prime Wars for first clear rewards, etc) AND craft an Advanced Drill (take note - not the solar drill) and Advanced Chainsaw.
