Once Human - после запуска вылетает без какой-либо ошибки

Здравствуйте, господа геймеры. На днях появилась следующая проблема: запускаю игру Once Human на ноутбуке (Asus Vivobook p1412cea). После загрузки я появляюсь в главном меню, далее спустя несколько секунд (в среднем около 5 сек) у меня сразу же закрывается игра без какой-либо ошибки. Драйвера установлены, пытался проверять целостность файлов игры, проверял наличие установленного DirectX - все бесполезно. Может быть кто-то сталкивался с такой проблемой и уже смог ее решить - прошу руку помощи)

просто удалите этот файл, следуя по этому маршруту \ Steam \ SteamApps \ Common \ Once Human \ Documents GraphicConfig.xml

большое спасибо за ответ) мы уже устранили проблему переустановкой windows

But I'm still crashing )
windows reinstall sure will solve this issue, but this is not an option for me (too much customization will be needed to be done again - hell no...)

1) Open command prompt as administrator and run
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
You need internet connection, because this service will download and fix corrupted/missed files.
How to open command prompt: "Press Windows+R to open "Run" box. Type "cmd" and then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to open an administrator".
Windows image restoration will take some time, maybe half an hour or less.
2) In same command prompt write
sfc /scannow
3) Reboot PC.

How we solved this problem? I just turned off/turned on graphic settings one by one and in my situation it was "SFX" option, as I can remember. Just turn off or turn on your graphic settings and save then check for any changes. Hope, it will help you. By the way, other people say that just directX12 is broken so they only need to change it drom dx12 to dx11.
