In-game tokens, weapon and gear blueprints, mods, skins, building blueprints, titles, and your friends list will carry over between seasons. These are essentially account-wide unlocks. This list is also subject to change.
At the end of each season, your materials, components, medicines, ammo, and gear acquired during the season will be transferred to the "Eternaland Depot" on "Eternaland", and you can choose to bring a limited number of those assets with you on your next seasonal character to make leveling up again easier. How many we don't know.
All of that is oddly at odds with their whole arguments of seasons allowing everyone to start fresh together on equal footing. I guess it's a good thing the PvP servers aren't truly open-world PvP or that kind of setup would be disastrous.
Or did you mean if the beta players get to keep their items? No, everything is wiped before launch.
