Client assets are out of date error! Please help!

I keep getting this error when I start the game. "The Client assets are out of date. Please verify the files and try again."

I've tried the in game client repair and the steam "verify integrity of game files". I have also uninstalled, re-downloaded and reinstalled the game.

Is there anything else I can do to correct this error?
