Perma servers-im kinda confused
Ok so perma servers are coming at the end of this season I know, but if we choose to stay on a perma server do we just continue where we left off at the end of the season? Is there a way to start over fresh on a perma server at level 1?

The "permanent" part is just the settlement/migration phase not ending anymore instead of lasting a month. They say there's gonna be some rebalancing after it gets to that point though to keep the economy from completely breaking.
