Mystical Crates and Blueprints missing!

Hi, I love playing Once Human since release. I'm still finding new opportunities and try to play differently each season/scenario.
Problem i have since about 2 months is that i get Asterism crates instead blueprint fragments from Mystical chests. I don't know what's the reason and how to fix it but it's very frustrating as it's slowing down progressing in formulas.

Since start of this year more or less you get BP frags only first time you open mystical crate, after that asterism only.

Yeah seems like this was a move to restrict blueprint leveling to the wish machine (with the odd exception here and there). With the cross character sharing you could use alts to hop between servers very quickly using exit cards and snag up all the Mystical crate BPs to powerlevel specific gear otherwise.

Strange, I play with my brother since the beginning and he doesn't have such a problem. He is still normally getting blueprints, so i guess it's not it and I'm assuming it's some kind of bug. BTW the game successfully tries to lose players ...

You mean he's getting Blueprints from Mystical crates? That means he never found them before. If he did he'd just be getting Asterism crates instead.

He definitely found crates earlier, yet he still gets blueprints.

In addition to my experience and research seems like I'm not only person having this problem. Moreover there are people that can't get mystical chest exclusive blueprint (earthly boots) due to this bug. There is no official disclaimer about this issue so i will dig and try to contact support.

I can't confirm this. I'm getting the bp parts with every of my characters, everytime unindependly how often I did an scenario with an character.....

I was only get Asterism from them all for a while.
But all of the sudden, now that I am maxed on Asterism, I am getting BP's. I use to just still get Asterism. First two seasons I played, was just BP's. Then all I got was just Asterism.

I feel the BP's from crates do very little to help progress stars on BP's any ways.

You can only get the blueprints once per month/asterism cycle, across all your characters.
Which does make sense, otherwise you could just create 10 characters and get 10 times the fragments.
