How do i get the Osmosis water purifier? cant see it in the tech tree

It is there. Can not recall tab name in memetics, but the one that looks like a planter of sorts. In that tree you will see like rainwater collection (left side,down a bit). It is in that line of memetics.

i found out in the end that it have undergone a name change, its not walled a large water filter
