Exceeds territory range

My terminal says my territory range is maxxed out. I'm trying to build a house from an inherited blueprint, but I keep getting this error. An y thoughts?

EITHER, they changed the size of the max territory range since you saved that area, OR you have not maxed out your territory size and are trying to build an area that IS at max size.

There used to be a memetic for Territory Expansion, but I don't see that anymore. Is that gone from the game or just nonexistent on Way of Winter?

It is default max territory range now.

If you are like me and build a house utilizing every square inch, you are going to have a VERY hard time putting it down.
I gave up trying to put it down.

Yeah, it's pretty big. I'll try again once Chalk Peak opens up. There was a place there that it fit beautifully.

Make you you interact withyour territory terminal to upgrade it and not just the memetic.
