Polar Jelly
In Manibus, where does Polar Jelly drop aside from Cargo Conquest? 2 sites like Genie says it drops in EX1 silo Chalk Peak while Wiki says in can drop PHI Iron River. Youtubers only mention Cargo and older videos tell EX1.

"Free" deviant boxes in towns will sometimes give one now, but yeah Cargo is the easiest way by far.
