Makeup Sets on darker skin

Now this is obviously a Chinese game but we do have the option of having characters that have darker skin tones, so WHY is it that the makeup sets can't be edited???

I did some fiddling and discovered the lipstick can be edited but on some sets like the Wu Zetian Makeup set, the blush can't be removed and why aren't the face tattoos in the face tattoo folder??

I'm going to post a couple of screenshots to show how crazy they got my girl looking.
