My character is so skinny after eating spoiled food

Let me clear something first, I tried to eat spoiled food to get low sanity for DMG buff... And after that my character legs and body is so skinny and not like before and i don't like it...

I tried to eat fish and chips 4 times in a row still the same and i checked my wight is still 65kg.

So what now should i change my character customization again to fix that !?

Didn't happen with me before only now when i ate spoiled food!!
This is so stupid that affect your character customization if you eat something like this!!!!...

Any idea how to fix that ?

You have to wait a little, a friend had the same problem, he had 2 wait 2 days and eat about 12 fish and chips to get fat again.

Thanks for the info So two days to recover our character customization!!
Well i couldn't resist, I customized my character again and i applied my character default settings And now im 73 kg...I hope after 2 days my character doesn't become fat now! lol
This is just stupid and bad idea by devs and they should remove this from the game.
