I THINK I found a Broken Quest " Wild Dog Isle"
It can not be completed _ I checked the whole base for hidden doors and a way into the location for notes and as Far as I can see there is NO way in.

The quest is not broken. You have to line the torn picture on the building so it becomes a one picture from your perspective. There are many puzzles like this in the game just like the broken billboards alongside the roads.

I was thinking it had to do with the Picture .. But game wouldn't give me an option to do anything with it ... But Thank you ... I guess I will go back and try again ... I KILLED everyone one there at Lease 3 times trying to complete quest. :steamhappy:

Granted, that quest use to be a real pita before they toned it down a bit. You are not missing anything though if you skip it.

I completed this quest last night by lining up the picture. I admit I had to google it to figure it out, which isn't a good mechanic as there is no where I could find in the game that told me I needed to do that.

if you will stand on right spot and complete this two pictures in one press Q ( or anything you have to for that pulse, in default its Q i think ) and door will open :)

THANKS ALL ... WELL, I TRIED for 40 minutes and still couldn't get it to Work.

I guess I'm just Bad at this kind of puzzle .. I'll Google it and see if there are pictures

OK .. Finally got it .. AND .. WHAT a PAIN in the ASS .. But that one is Done for Now.
