How to get permission to build in eternal land?

Why can't I build anything in eternal land? Says I need "permission"...

It has little quest with Mitsuko as i remember. You did something like this? If not, that may be source of your problem.

Yes, this one. Hm, then i dont know, sorry. Thats strange, never had this problem personally or hear somebody had it. I saw permission message only when trying to build in friend`s eternaland when he didnt set up this option properly, not in my own.

Did you get to the part where you are editing/building her house infront of her on that heart shaped pond? Also, make sure you are going into your own eternaland and not a friends.
