H37S VS Paper Doll Deviant

H37S, that one always bring rare resources when Paper Doll bring random resources.

H37, it can get any tier resource, paper doll can only get t1

Until youre using t5 weapons in phase one because h37 can get t5 mats for you.

I think they fixed that at least in WoW scenario. H37 cannot get you mats that are not available in current phase (probably based on unlocked areas for location of mats).

maybe in the lastest patches but in phase 1 players on my WoW server were using them to make solar drills which need t4 mats that were unavailable.
