As for the Reset, it's to short & it would be nice if it was maybe Longer or maybe even a Month Long at least before the reset.
https://store.steampowered.com/charts/mostplayed
The game doesn't fully reset at 6 weeks. Part of it does. The world itself will reset or change depending on where you choose to go next. Everything you did or collected will be kept or sent to eternaland storage. And when you start on a new world you will have the ability to bring "some" of it along with you to the new world. (Based on a point system) All the important stuff you get to keep, like currencies (other than energy links) and weapon tiers/blueprints etc are kept. You just lose your character level, perks, and memetics, etc.
It's not as bad as it sounds, and actually keeps the game somewhat fresh. It could definitely do with some improvements in the game design department. But it's not the game killing issue you might think.
Also a 6 phase server is not reset in 6 weeks. The first 5 phases are 1 week then the last phase is 4 weeks.
Well the last phase of manibus isn't really a "phase" at all. It's like the credits rolling at the end of a movie. It's over, but you get a while before you get booted out of the theater.
I lost all my deviants:,(
Exactly why I said maybe consider keeping a few servers that don’t reset and the rest do, to keep all players happy because I knew someone in the comments would come through with something like this
Progression in this game is SUPER fast. Once you know how things work you can get right back to where you were last season as soon as phase 2 opens. Once Human isn't an MMO, you're not going to lose months of work when reset hits.
Additionally anything that really matters you either keep or you can pay transfer points to move over.
