Report a translation problem
1. Create a base blueprint in the blueprint menu if you have not already.
2. Follow the instructions and save everything you want to upgrade.
3. Then open your base blueprint menu there should be an option to toggle the materials used for the walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, etc. (i.e. everything wood, stone, whatever t3 is called and so on).
Note: Within the blueprint menu you under the materials tab you can see all the materials you need make sure you have at least that much or you wont be able to upgrade your base.
4. destroy your original base (or if you did not use the maximum of items then place a second base down) and open the base blueprint menu select the base and select the upgraded and plop it down.
