Server, character, all of it is gone

Can't find any news from devs on this, i was playing a couple hours ago now everything is gone.

Most likely server refresh or something in that vein, prepare to make a new character :(

If you go to their discord they just say that nothing is wrong.

It's not just a Steam issue, same thing has happened to me on Epic Games. I was playing earlier this morning, then bam, no character.

our hard work on character gone out the window, I was working the ♥♥♥♥, and they had to pull the unannouncement bs delete everything. If this happen again, the game will face death very soon.

They said it's being worked on and people effected will be compensated. Your character hasn't been wiped, it's just the servers being wonky.

When logging in it wants me to choose a new server so I didn't log in but quit instead. Is everything gone?

No, it's being worked on. It won't even let you go into another server. I already tried. You can select another server, but soon as you click "Enter Game" nothing happens.

Same logged after yesterday night and cant find my char

Is there an update on this? Logged out last night with no issues, then this morning character is gone.

edit* Found this in another thread, and followed the advice and was able to find my character, even though it still said I had 0 on account I found a link with the butterfly that said I had already created a character and then was able to login.

i came here looking for info on missing servers and all that. and i may have found my solution because i TOOK TIME TO READ THIS THREAD! i recommend you do the same.

so, wait. if you are SO impatient then please try this:

1. Change your server region (SEA to Japan or Taiwan to Korea)
2. WAIT ABOUT A MINUTE FOR SERVERS TO REFRESH
3. Change your server region BACK to what its supposed to be (your original)
4. Check the server to verify your character is there.

IF your character STILL isnt there, ill refer you back to step 1. most importantly WAIT.
