Why phase II isn't unlocked on my other server?

Why phase II isn't unlocked on my other server? Is it because it's newer? (first game I played on server PVE 20, now I'm playing on 63.

Why is that a feature? The season progression should be simultaneous even though server was created later on. I'm completely hindered from playing the game now...

so basically the 1 week phases run on the timer the server runs, so a server that started last tuesday has phase 2 unlocked by now probably, while a server that started last friday still has to wait few days. Only way to tell is looking at the phases countdown.

This is the worst idea ever. I'm enjoying the heck out of this game and it literally puts a wall in front of my face for no reason whatsoever... It's not time gating anymore cuz other servers enjoy newer content and more areas.

It's there so you don't rush content and take a break, you know... touch grass.

No no no - technically I can switch back to my earlier server and unlock more areas right away - I just don't feel like losing 30 hours of the game just so I do it again. Time gating (although not my favourite feature) is one thing - but making one server slower compared to the other just because it released 2 days later - that's bs :(. Servers are created because they can't handle the strain on older ones - this isn't a reason to delay the season for latecomers (or people who switched servers for whatever reason like me).
If I had known that I'd be hindered, I'd definitely pick a server that would have part 2 unlocked...

This system is very common in chinese games unfortunately. It is there to protect new players from falling behind. This is one of the reasons chinese publishers won't be as successful in western market.

I think it is a good idea. Why start a new server only to put the people who join behind? It has nothing to do with them being Chinese. Nor will it impact how successful this game is.

I agree with the last post. If you change severs that was a choice you made, but that content is still coming for you. While like my situation, I just started yesterday, so we get to play the content at the same pace as others who had started a week ago. In a way, awesome idea that everyone benefits from.

Once you do it once, the second time takes you like maybe 8 hours after which you log off and wait for next phase. That's what I did after first transfer.

You will soon realize how bad a lot of the systems are in this game. It is pretty bad.
