Character and Server Gone?

Character and server are gone. Did I really just lose my progress?

In game, I couldnt sprint or do anything really so I logged out, when I went to log back in it was all gone.

This is so freaking infuriating. Not only is my character gone, I also can't even join any of the servers. Hopefully they fix this soon, cause it was really fun, but after putting some money into the game, it's some BS.

This happened to me as well today. It won't even show my server or character. I also am not able to make another character either. I wanted to see if maybe I made a new character it might pop my old one and I could see it/log on to it. SIGH.

I also have tried restarting my router - making sure all my drivers were up to date and system updates are good. I've verified my files over and over and over again. No luck...

So did anyone who had this problem see any change? Whats the word?
