How do the Exclusive attribute and core effect work on a mod?

How do the Exclusive attribute and core effect work on a mod?
Do they both apply when I equip the mod?

I would like to know this as well. Bought one of the mods off Nisa and it said it had all these exclusive attributes but when you look at it I don't see any of them.

I see, that's no good, I also wonder if we get the stats from the previous tier or only the ones from the tier the gear is at?!

it's several things to unscrable here and no1 likes to read 3 pages long essey...I know the OnceHuman translation in EN can be unclear at some times - guys are really working on fixing it all but no doubt- it's far from over



so firstly -6x exclusive attribute - don't u think that since there are 6stats on that pic (left part), and for any legend. mod u ever found (or I .,..or anyone...) it's just 4 max..than what? some legendary-legendary? plus - it's a little longshoot if you think that you should get some more stats than presented to u on the mod you have in your inventory, not on someone's steam's post, not on reddit and not on other end of rainbow - you get what's listed there, not more

that thing called 'exclusive':
it's just a list of the good stuff that u are guarantee to NOT have with given mod (would make it too powerfull and any other combo of stats combo) - it was supposed to be called EXCLUDED, not exclusive -that's my best guess for this bag of worms....



2nd thing - the tier and color
it's combatibile downwards, so with tier V and ledendary mod - you will benefit from all listed from I-V , if you are tier II (for example...) same legendary mod will have III, IV, V atributed blocked untill u swap gear for better (that part of gear, the mod is put onto - ofc!)...

with tier1 weapon (it's cheap - DIY and check) and legendary mod - it would have all attributes blocked for the earliest one starts at II -it would provide CORE part only

gr8 for u - keep wondering, don't do it in lame mode like I had -as -reading ingame manual (V's presentation or whatever it's called), be a pro - wait a month for someone bother replying u with anything more than 'me too'

you proven beyond any doubt that u are not illiterate, so it's not that u lack the requirement, right? you posted twice, ~2days apart so it's not a lack of dedication to know the anwser either...and yet steam is filled to brim with a posts of "I don't know how to do obvious xx in game yy, please help (obligatory capitals) and 30-50 posts of same wonderers that continue exclusive discusion with "same here" or insightfull and helping anyone else "sameproblem, ppllzz HELP !"
