Sort of a copy paste from another post i did, but still applies. It is definetly suspicious at first glance and really annoying to deal with, but seems to be a thing caused purely by incompetence of the people who ported the game. Summoners War's port has the same thing.

These 2 startup apps actually aren't apps at all, they should be inside the game registry but for some reason is registered as start up apps and does look worrying. It's an analytic software for Installs and uninstalls.
It's from this company https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AppsFlyer
The character strings (prob the AF_UUID as u say) is your assigned device ID, and the singular digit number (or more is prob the AF_counter as u say) is the amount of times you installed the game
They are a company that tracks installs/uninstalls for mobile games, for some reason it was included in the PC release of the game (like summoners war). If you are wondering why this is here, this game is actually a mobile game ported to PC.
Due to it being installed improperly, these "apps" aren't deleted when you uninstall the game. If you are playing the game actively, disable the process on startup as it'll restore the files every time you launch the game.
That seems like a You problem. since some of the level headed players don't even use MS Windows to begin with, they use Linux or MacOS and run their games through a Wine/Flatpak container where it has strict access to system resources.
Not completely right. Appsflyer is not specifically used for mobile apps, it can also be used for web/desktop apps (like video games). I've used Appsflyer before, it's not only to tracks installs/uninstalls but also a bunch of other attributes and touch points. It's actually a pretty useful tool for developers to monitor how users use their products.
