Rifle Turret Questions
1: Does it have a fixed firing arc?
IE: Will it only fire directly ahead, or can it swivel?
If it can swivel: What is the firing arc? How far down or up can they look?

2: Can it risk destroying my own base?

3: What is the range on it? Or the flamethrowers? I tried Flamethrowers and they ignored monsters 3 feet away.

2) No.

3) Pretty far - About the entire length of a Tier 2 Territory. I put turrets on each corner of my territory. All 4 were shooting things at a stronghold adjacent to my base.

Thank you very much for the info!

Also, they seem to shoot through walls.
I'm having issues where sometimes there is something literally right in front of them and they just don't shoot at all. nothing blocking their path either and they have power connected to them. I've tried moving them to other locations and sometimes they'll randomly start shooting at the thing but then stop and won't work again for a good long while.

Its reloading. There seems to be a good 5 - 10 second cooldown between bursts

Nah this isn't a thing of them doing a reload, I mean I could literally place down a turret brand new, power it up, and then it literally just sits there and never shoots a single thing at all even if I'm sitting there staring at an enemy point blank with a turret right next to me that I had literally placed down and put power to.

It's like the AI of the turrets is just janky in terms of having to be placed super specific otherwise it might not ever see/shoot anything even an inch in front of them.
