The game adds two new "applications" into your windows startup apps

Task Manager -> StartUp apps

one is called "1" second is some random Guid

What is that about?

Ok so one counts the number of times you have run the game, the other is your user ID

2139460 is the steam app id of Once Human

They are (mobile) marketing files from a company called appsflyer. You can remove them in various ways here:

The top method if you're done playing, the section with VVVVVV divider if you are still playing.

To explain the numbers, one is your user id as you mentioned and the '1' is amount of times the game has launched. That's all it does. There's no data to them, they are simply filenames that are read. The files mentioned in the VVVVV section are the ones responsible.
