They are (mobile) marketing files from a company called appsflyer. You can remove them in various ways here:

The top method if you're done playing, the section with VVVVVV divider if you are still playing.
To explain the numbers, one is your user id as you mentioned and the '1' is amount of times the game has launched. That's all it does. There's no data to them, they are simply filenames that are read. The files mentioned in the VVVVV section are the ones responsible.
