Camera spinning bug + link to video of bug
Quite commonly my camera will spin out of control as I look to the right.
Hopefully this link below works and you can view the video I took of this bug.
My friends dont experience this, and it is taking a lot of enjoyment out of the game

Ran into this bug in several games (New World and Enshrouded). Mine even happens if i open the emote wheel or the tab wheel, usually its just seemingly random. Opening that wheel will make my camera spin infinitely. Finally someone is else is experiencing this and it has helped me troubleshoot it.

I have 3 monitors (gaming in the center) and through you guys i discovered turning the left one off would stop the spinning. Hands off all input devices, simply pressing that power button would stop it. And i could finally actually use the wheel since before it would be stuck in the 3 o'clock position and maybe could get to 4 o'clock.

Then i tried unplugging things in the left monitor, no change.

Then i tried closing a multimonitor taskbar app that i have been using since 2016 called DisplayFusion and this stopped the spinning even with my left monitor on. Gonna test further to see if the issue is completely gone over a longer period of time.

Curious if any of you are using any taskbar programs and maybe this will help you as well

To add onto this, i disabled a setting that says "Prevent mouse cursor from sticking in sticky corners" in the settings for DisplayFusion (toolbar utility app) and now i can use the program with no spinning in game. Hope this helps

I've had the same issue, tried with two different mice still have the same problem. It's not consistent for me either, sometimes I can go 20 minutes without it happening, sometimes it happens every 10 seconds for a minute. if I don't move my mouse when it happens it keeps happening until I right click to move the camera. Looking at the minimap it's like the character is just facing random directions super-fast, it's not a smooth rotation.

Edit: I turned off my other monitors and was able to play for about 2 hours without crazy spinning, but it would still occasionally 'fight' me trying to move the camera to the right with the mouse, like it was trying to snap me back to center when i was trying to rotate right.

I don't use Discord, but feel free to post it on my behalf.

I think I found a workaround for the time being.

if you have multiple monitors, try and disable/disconnect the other monitor(s) except your main monitor.

I just played for about an hour with only my main monitor connected with no camera spinning happening, as soon as I connected my other monitors it started spinning again...

If you play with a mouse and keyboard, along with a controller plugged in, sometimes just nudging the controller makes the camera s pin (also happens in games like Destiny and Battlefield)

I do not have any controllers plugged in.
Plus the spinning feels more like consecutive 90 degree camera rotations then a smooth spin

I thought of a possible cause for the camera rotation bug and just gave it a test which seemed to prove true.
I have 2 monitors with the game generally on the left monitor. Turning to the right would cause the bug but turning left was fine.
I just swapped the screen my game was on to the right monitor and turning right was fine, but turning left now triggered the camera to rotate. Oddly it would still turn clockwise as far as I can tell.
Telling Windows to only show one of the monitors seemed to remove the issue as I was unable to replicate the bug with the short test I gave it.

Yep, that was the same thing I came to as well explained in my reply further up.
It seems like the game doesn't like multiple monitors. At least disabling the other monitors is a temporary fix, even though it's annoying, but this way we can at least enjoy the game without this headache. :)

Sorry I hadn't even seen your first post haha, would've saved me some hassle. Well done. When I resubmitted my bug report through their discord. I got a reply saying
"Dear Player, thank you for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience.Luckily the problem has been solved and we will also improve our game to better the game experience." Compared to initially
"Thank you for your feedback. We've received your bug report. Our team will check and try to fix it as soon as possible."
So we might see it fixed soon if its not already. I haven't been on for a couple days

Ohh that would be amazing if they already have a fix for it!
it's not out yet for me at least the fix, but hopefully soon! :)
Thanks for the update, much appreciated!

Oh thats interesting I'm using two monitors and it's fine. I ended up using windowed mode and a program to make it borderless windowed since the game didn't seem to have it. I guess it's not trapping your cursor to the window somehow

Hm that's worth a shot, is it Borderless Gaming you are using for that?

This is the most annoying bug ever, even more so when in combat. I'm also on dual monitors, and changing window mode doesn't resolve the issue. My monitor setup is temperamental due to different screen sizes & frequencies, so disabling one is not an option for me. I'd appreciate any further insight or info on this bug. Thanks.

I've done some more testing as I was hoping one of the recent patches might've fixed it. No :(. But I have made progress!

I changed my game from fullscreen to windowed which resulted in the bug occuring when i looked down to my right corner (game on left screen) and generally would stop itself after 1 or 2 rotations.

I've currently decreased my games resolution from 1920x1080 to 1600*900 and am unable to replicate the issue.
So that might be your best bet until it is properly fixed.
This might have some relation to why others are reporting no issue or fixing it with borderless window like programs
