Where can I sell my silver ore? I can't find a dealer who will take it

There are traders for energy. I've found one in Deadsville and one in Myer's market so far. Might wanna check them out.

No matter where I go I can't find a dealer who will buy the silver from me

You need to melt it into an ingot before selling, for which u need the "Precious Metal Refining" specialization

you cant sell the ore. Need to make silver ingots. But to be able to make these ingots you have to choose the memetik skill.

where can I make the silver bars? Nothing is displayed in the electric melter

If you have the memetic mastery "Precious Metal Refining", then you can smelt silver and gold ore in the electric smelter.

its a memtric special perk called precious metal refining

you could also put 30 silver in vending machine for 5k people will buy it
silver bars are 6k to venders and gold being 12

Tried five resets to get the specialization and never got it. Now I'm stuck with a ton of gold and silver ore. How much EL can I sell those at in my vending machine?

When you reset specializations does it reroll the choices? Is there a list of which specialization show up at which level?

Google can give you that information. Here, let me do it for you. You could have easily done this in the 1 hour you've been waiting for a response. Just so you know for future reference, that PC or phone that you're tapping away at can access the compendium of human knowledge. Including, which specializations appear at which level.
