Cannot repair my base

So i did the stardust resonant filter with out knowing what i was doing and my base got attack and half destroyed … i have all the mats and hit repair all i even double checked … and not my base is not repaired and the repair button is grayed out … i have fast travel and come back nothin … i have exit game and come back nothin … i honestly dont know what to do … and again yes i have all the materials to fix the base

It only repairs what is there and damaged. Structures destroyed need to be completely rebuilt. I did the same thing. Lost a deviant housing, crops, etc. Just had to put it all back. You have the mats... hop to it.
