Will there be a way to play offline in the future?

I was wondering if there has been any word about this game getting a single player/offline option in the future cause if this games servers get shut down i would really hope there would be a option to play in single offline cause i enjoy my time in this game so far and wouldn't want to not be able to play it anymore.
